Terms of Service

Animomo is a creative tool by JaWa Studio that helps families turn drawings into short animations. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Animomo mobile apps, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using Animomo, you agree to these terms.

If you are agreeing to these terms on behalf of a child or another person, you confirm that you have the legal authority to accept these terms for them.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age required by your local law, to create an Animomo account. Parents or guardians may create and manage accounts for their children.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account. Please keep your information accurate so we can deliver the right experience.

Animomo operates on a credit system. Credits unlock animation renders and other premium features and never renew automatically. Credits may be granted through promotions or purchased through the applicable app store.

All purchases are handled by Apple, Google, or the platform through which you obtained the app. Animomo does not store your full payment details, and we do not run ongoing subscriptions. Please review each store's refund policies; we comply with platform rules and applicable consumer laws.

You retain ownership of the drawings, photos, videos, and other content you upload to Animomo. By submitting content, you grant JaWa Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transform, and display that content solely to provide the Services to you.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to upload the content and that it does not infringe the rights of others. JaWa Studio is not responsible for user-generated content and reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

You agree not to misuse Animomo. Prohibited behavior includes uploading harmful or unlawful material, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfering with other users' enjoyment of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you are violating these terms, harming the community, or exposing JaWa Studio to liability.

The Animomo name, logos, designs, and software are the property of JaWa Studio or our licensors. Using Animomo does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to Animomo or third parties.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our written permission.

We are always iterating. Animomo may evolve, add, or remove features without notice. We strive for high uptime, yet we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may provide preview or beta features. These features might be unstable, and we may discontinue them at any time.

You may stop using Animomo whenever you choose. You can also contact us to request account deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if we need to comply with legal obligations, or if maintaining your access is no longer commercially reasonable.

Animomo is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JaWa Studio and its affiliates, officers, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

If we are found liable despite the above, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to JaWa Studio in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to reach out so we can resolve it informally.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to binding arbitration in Delaware. You and JaWa Studio waive the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
