Terms of Service

Animomo is a creative tool by JaWa Studio that helps families turn drawings and other content into short animations. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Animomo apps, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you accept these Terms for a child or another person, you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so.

An Animomo account may be created only by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 13 years old, or older where local law requires a higher minimum age.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, the security of your login credentials, and the accuracy of the information you provide.

If you create child profiles, you are responsible for ensuring you have authority to manage that child's use of the Services and content submitted on their behalf.

Animomo uses credits for animation renders and certain premium actions. Credits may be purchased or granted through promotions and do not automatically renew.

Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or another platform provider. Their billing terms, platform rules, and refund policies may also apply.

You retain ownership of the drawings, photos, videos, prompts, and other content you upload to Animomo.

You grant JaWa Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, transform, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Services to you.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload the content and that doing so does not violate the rights of another person.

You may not use Animomo to upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content, interfere with the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another user's account or data.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe you are violating these Terms, creating risk for users, or exposing JaWa Studio to legal or security harm.

The Animomo name, branding, software, design, and Service content other than your submissions are owned by JaWa Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed by law or these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Services.

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or error-free.

We may also offer test, early access, or beta features that may change or be removed at any time.

You may stop using Animomo at any time and may request account deletion through the app or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued access creates material security, operational, or legal risk.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. JaWa Studio disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JaWa Studio and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

If we are found liable to you despite the limitations above, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to JaWa Studio for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose or USD 50.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict of law rules.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware unless applicable law gives you the right to proceed differently.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and JaWa Studio each waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
